I have been considering saving up for the workout DVD Tapout XT. Before doing so, I wanted to see if anyone here had any success with it. What about Slim in 6? If you have had success with either of these two workouts, I would like to hear your story. Please share it here. Thank you.
So, my BMR is 1600. But MFP has me eating only 1470 calories per day. If it takes 1600 calories for my body to even function, how is it healthy to eat less than that?
