Wondering why I haven't lost weight?
I have been using My Fitness Pal for about 3 weeks - I am allowed 1200 calories/day and I stick to within that by +/- 50 calories. I excersice 3-4 times a week and I have not lost a single pound. I was consuming closer to 2000+ calories/day and I was very sedentary prior to starting My Fitness Pal. Any tips on what I can…
