Hi, I'm 34 years old and have manged to let my weight creep up to 170 pounds! I really want to loose weight but keep sabotaging myself. DDse anyone else struggle the same way?
i have been using mfp for a couple of years with varying degrees of success. Last year I put in a huge amount of weight when trying to lose it. This time I'm trying to do this right so would appreciate any support! Got around 25 pounds to lose. Feel free to friend me or offer any motivation or tips :)
