Recipe modification HELP?
Hi all, I'm trying to figure out how many calories is in one serving of the modified corn bread I made tonight. According to the Jiffy Nutrition Facts: one serving of the mix = 150 and one serving of it "baked" = 170 cals I'm assuming the "mix" is only the powder part, and before I add the eggs + milk it calls for. Is sore-ness the only indicator of an effective workout?
I'm noticing that even though I've increased my reps, my sets and my weights, I'm not sore the day after what I thought was an intense workout. My muscles still shake and I still have to pause and re-group in the middle of my sets but the next day I hardly feel like I worked out at all? You too?

How do you bump your cals UP?
if at the end of the day and you've realized you're considerably lower in your daily calorie allowance than is recommended? is it best to run out and grab a candy bar to get your calories in (please say Yes, please say Yes, please say Yes...haha) or is it better to eat 5 Danon Light & Fit fat-free yogurts until you're…

(Potentially silly) Water Question?
in regards to the little water-counter icon that helps us track how much water we've had today, by the "recommended 8 cups of water a day" do they mean 8 cup as in measuring cups or 8 cups as in "8 glasses"? Is there any way to switch this up to tally up my water in ounces? TIA!
