Favorite HRM??
I understand the Fitbit is a pedometer and won't track calories burned during weights, etc. Anyone have any suggestions of a good HRM, not looking for frills just calories burned and nothing clunky. Thanks in advance! :flowerforyou:

Obsessing about the daily nutrition summary
Most days I am under calories, I am almost always in the red with sugar, protein etc, Not a lot but should I be hawking this so much? How do I limit protein when everything I read tells me to eat more?

Am I eating enough??
I am logging all my foods, I seldom get to 1200 calories, close but not quite, but I am not hungry. Is this going to be a problem. I have read many things that say my body is going to think I am starving, is this the case??? Thanks for any help!
