Help - Tracking Weight Training Program
I own a GPS controlled HRM, which won't assist in kcal counts if it can't be tracked by GPS. Wondering how you realistically log a program such as ChaLEAN Extreme - am beginning it next week and not interested in inputting each and every exercise. Any input appreciated ... thanks:)
