Hi, On days (or for meals) you forget to enter in your food intake, can you go back and enter in your food and liquid intake, and your excercise? I DO understand the goodness of entering it right after you eat it, but I don't like it. I'd rather do 2 or 3 days at a time, and keep it written down in a notebook. Tracy
Hi all, I'm a boredom eater. Particularly of the evening, when I'm not working. If I can keep my self busy, I'm OK, but let my mind wander, and I occupy myself with whatever is in the fridge or cabinets. I don't buy much "unhealthy" food, and I can binge on fruit and veggies. Anything I can do to circumvent my issue? Tracy
