I guess I just don't understand
When I signed up for MFP it gave me the recommended daily calorie intake of 1200. After reading someone's post about BMR, I checked mine which gave me 1555 calories per day. Question for the top heavy ladies...
I have been searching for a good, supportive sports bra with no luck. I'm carrying around DDD's [unfortunately] so running and such tends to hurt. I've worn 2 bras, I normally duct tape but thats ridiculous and gets expensive over time. Have any of you had luck finding a good, supportive sports bra?
