Calorie intake 1410 or 1200?
Right now mines at 1410 but I keep hearing people say that it should be at 1200 to loose weight? I want to loose 30-40 pounds...will I loose weight at 1410 calories or should I take it down to 1200? I'm 18 and truth be told my life styles pretty sedentary...working on changing that though...insight? Advice? I'm at 163 and…
