During Zumba, I normally burn an estimate of 525-550 calories in an hour according to my Polar HRM. Today, I worked out harder, had a higher heart BUT I only burned 481 calories. Is it me or HRM? Or is it possible work out harder and burn few calories?
I used to be able to walk for 30 minutes every morning in the workout center at my job. Normally, I would be the only one in there,Now, everyone and their cousins (yes,I'm exagerating) are up in there taking up the equipment. I'll have to find another area to work out in. It just bugs me that the room was not being used…
