I'm a big soda fan but my recent physical has pointed out that I should probably lower my soda intake or remove it entirely from my diet. Does anyone have any substitutes you can recommend? I have a bit of a sweet tooth so I need something that tastes good.
Started MFP to wrangle in my sugar intake. The food DB in MFP is the best one I've tried so far. You really get a complete picture of your diet by using this. I love the ability to scan food to enter it in. Awesome!
