need more calories without carbs
My food tracker says that I'm not getting enough min calories for the day and that could possibly slow my metabolism, making it harder to lose weight. What are some things I could eat to get my calories, but that has as little carbs and fat as possible??

"WHOLE" food VS "BAD" food
my daily goals are as follows: calories 1700 carbs 170 fat 57 protein 128 sugar 24 so what is the difference in reaching these goals with fast food than with "whole" foods? if it all totals the same numbers at the end of the day, does it really matter? if u say yes, please explain y.

QUESTION about sizes
junior sizes are all odd numbers (1,3,5,7...) women sizes are all even (2, 4, 6, 8...) I started MFP as a size 18 and now i'm wearing a 14, did I lose 2 pant sizes or would u say I lost 4 pant sizes (to include the junior sizes)??? cauliflower crust pizza...cheese?
what type of shredded mozzarella cheese should i use for this recipe? it seems like the cheese is what adds the most fat and calories to this meal...almost making it the same as a regular pizza hut pizza. is there an all around "lower everything" mozzarella that anyone has used?
