Hello, my name is Melody, I'm English but live in the Netherlands. After stopping smoking and having a baby I gained 10kg, I've managed to drop some of the kilos but I'm having trouble loosing the last few, infact my weight is creeping back up again. Anyway, I'd like to get back to being comfortable in my skin again.
