Protein & Other Targets
Hi, so I am new to this, once did a diabetic diet and once a "points" based diet so have not really had to pay attention to fats,proteins, carbs etc.. I am on day 2 now and I am noticing that I am "over" on my protein intake and if that is a bad thing - 9 day 1 and -23 on my 2nd day that sadly is only with 1 chicken breast…
