Newbie: June 180, Oct 165, Oct 165, Today 163-YES!
I am on my way, I'm doing 'better' because of mfp! I was stuck at 165 for a month (: bummer. Watching my intake on the chart and my APP is great! I have changed my goal from 155 to 145 - YIKES I haven't weighed that since 1984 ( except after back surgery 5 years ago) I wonder if I will have sagging skin draped on my body?
