logging walks and cleaning
ive only been logging the actually workouts that i do at the gym, i dont ever log the walk to school with the kids or when i go out with friends. i dont even log when i do a clean and scrub. do these actually count towards calories lost or would you say it just classes as cheating. i also try not to eat back any calories…

how do i take away calories and fat for the bacon having the fat cut off? just realised ive been going over and its coz its not saying fat cut off

fast or slow?
5 minutes fast on a high setting or 10 minutes slow on a low setting - which is better? on treadmill, rower, cross trainer etc..

spinning classes
has anybody tried Spinning? how hard did you find it? i have a class booked tonight at 6 and i have never felt so nervous in all my life!!
