Picking up where i left off..
I am currently doing Tapout XT and am suppose to be on week 4 this week. I have been bad sick all week and have been unable to do much of anything or any kind of workout. Will It be okay if I just pick back up next week on week 4? I don't want to have to start all over again. I have been doing so good. Thanks!!

I'm doing Tapout XT and am having trouble finding the right way to log it on MFP. Anybody know what to log it under?
