Hi, I am Sam, 34 mum to Nadine 4 1/2 year and Zakari 16monhts. As you can imagine, I am so looking forward to lose weight. I lost already 2st since January and arrived to a point where I need alot more motivation as I am losing slower then before, another 2 st by January will be ideal. Good luck to you all sam
