At Home Exercise Vids
I have a client that is 60+ years old but is very active. She use to do the Bob Harper exercise program online but has cancelled her membership. She is wanting to buy something that she can do at home. I thought that many of you may use something like that and could give me some suggestions. Thanks!!
Feedback on Eat To Live
I heard about Eat To Live on MFP and want to find out what others think. I bought the book and have read about 25% of it and it seems to make perfect sense.
