been 5 months and only lost 4 pounds?
I am so frustrated. I am 5'4 and started at 159 pounds. I usually eat 1200 - 1400 calories a day, and about 2 months ago I started working out. I do 30 minutes of cardio 5 or 6 days a week and 40 minutes of weight training every other day. I also do an hour of ballet two days a week. I cut out all sodas, chips, cakes etc…
