What activity level do you put to gain weight?
Hi, I'm 22 years old female, trying to gain around 6-8 pounds. Currnetly I'm only 112 pounds and 5'2. I workout 6 days a week (2 days lower body/ 3 days upper / 1 day abs and cardio) for 1:30 to 2 hours. Intense workout, also.
