For calories they say not to go below 1200 myfitness pal tell me to eat like 1500 I wanna lose 100 ounds or so but she far I only lost two, Do I have to eat as close to the caloris it sets for me? Is it ok to eat less? I set 1400 for myself but in 2 weeks at that I didn't lose…
