What kind of shoes do you wear to do zumba?
I have the Zumba dvds but I don't do it much even though it is fun because when I do it my ankles hurt sometimes. I have cross training shoes that I wear while using them but that doesn't seem to help my ankles much. I thought I would post this topic and see what kind of shoes people wear while doing zumba.
