How do you stay focused?
I have 138lbs to lose still and sometimes when I look at it, it seems so daunting. Feels like I will never get there. Losing 2 or 3 lbs a week seems insignificant some times. How do you stay focused and motivated with such a long journey ahead of you? (Open to friend requests from those who feel the same!)
