I've been a MFP member for quite some time and have started and stopped on several occasions. I'm lookng for friends who are of a similar age and want to increase their fitness and have healthy eating habits etc. For me this is about lifestyle. This might sound like a dumb question but..
how good is water actually for you? I know we should aim to drink 8 glasses a day but I know people that drink around 2-3 litres per day! Does drinking a lot of water really make a difference health wise? I barely reach the minimum 8 glasses !!

The more I eat the hungrier I get!!
For me the biggest help in maintaining my weight has been eating small meals throughout the day (around 6-7). It's great because it keeps my metabolim running all day long BUT it's also making me hungry ALL DAY LONG!! Should I be eating when those cravings come or should I just ignore them.. Thin doesn't mean fit!
Before I say anything, please don't judge me! I'm a size 8 and I'm not really looking to lose weight but I do want to be toned! It's really hard finding people to motivate you when you want to eat healthy and feel better because most people don't take you seriously based on your dress size! I'm not fishing for compliments…
