10k steps and activity level
Hi! I don't know how to set up my activity level. I read on forums that if I can do around 10,000 steps a day, I should choose 'lightly active', which I did. At the moment my Fitbit averages to 11k steps per day. But now the diary shows I should eat 2100 kcal a day - it seems a lot, doesn't it? I am 280 lbs and 6ft tall.…
