Pre-dinner snacking
I had fish and quinoa for lunch today at 12:30. It only keeps me full for about 3 hours. We ended up swimming after work and not getting dinner made until 7pm! Does mfp automatically update my daily calories as my weight goes down? or do I need to go into the goals section every so often? Thanks, Wendy
