I've been on mfp before and did great, but fell off the bandwagon. I'm back on now and determined to make my summer goals! I'm trying to lose 45-50 pounds. I'd love to have some buddies on here again for mutual support!
Can anyone recommend a good calories burned/heart rate monitor? I don't want to go broke getting one, but I really want to see exactly how many calories I'm burning per workout. Thanks!
I am brand new on here and looking forward to getting that extra edge I need to lose weight and get healthy! I currently do the Insanity workout and have lost 9 pounds in the first month, and need to get the diet in line to max my results!
