Guys aged 40+. How much alcohol?
I’m a 41-year-old guy, 5’11”, quite stocky. I’m currently 81kg, down from 87, and aiming for 70. My daily calorie goal is 1670. I’d be interested to hear what everyone thinks, or does, about alcohol.
