My mother always gripes at me not to eat too late at night because it will make me fat. I'm on a weird schedule because of my SO's job, so I end up eating late on a regular basis. Soaking Nuts to Reduce Lectins
I've read a few articles that suggest soaking nuts for greater digestibility. I definitely have a lectin sensitivity, but I am having trouble keeping in a healthy calorie range without nuts, so I want to try soaking them. Has anyone had any luck with this?

"What about quinoa??"
I've been asked this like seven times in the past week. Quinoa actually makes me feel sicker than most grains. I have a grain sensitivity and that is why I was drawn to this plan in the first place. Do you guys get asked about quinoa all the time or do I just know too many hippies? :)
