To many hours cardio requested by MFP
Hi All, I'm new here, I'm trying to get fit rather than loose weight. I wonder if you can help. I want to maintain my current weight, 90Kg's but loose the fat and replace it with muscle and mountain bike 3 times a week, but myfitnesspal has said I have to do 27 hours of riding to do this.
