I am gearing up to run the 5 k in Texas in December. I was wondering if anyone could give me any suggestions, or advice to make this a bit easier on myself. What kind of shoes, activities I should do to get ready for it? I know I need to run, and I am working on that. I also know I need to break my fear of heights...lol.…
