okay ! So i gave birth September of 2013 to a healthy baby girl! I have been struggling with losing this baby weight & she will be two this year! I cant take it anymore! I started out at 160 lbs and i am only 5 foot 3. Now i am down to 137-139 lbs.i was always 120-125 lbs so im having a hard time losing these last 15-20…
I have already done this an gave up. This time i plan on making it a priority. Currently at 150 and i want to atleast be 130. Any advice? Exercise suggestions or diets? Thank you :)
