Why is it so hard for us to lose weight?
I've been a yo-yo dieter for most of my life. Off and on I lose I gain...I lose I gain...it's a repeating cycle. I don't understand. The craziest thing is that I lose the most weight when I don't eat at all and we all know that is a definite NO NO! ***sigh*** Thoughts??? What has worked for you? Honest answers from people…
