Easy Egg&Chicken in a Microwave
I used the following ingredients: 1 cup Liquid Eggs (i used Better'n Eggs) 3 oz/56g Canned Chicken Breast in Water (i used Kirkland) 1 tsp. pepper I microwaved it (in a dorm microwave so i have no idea how powerful ><) for 4 minutes; stirring every 1 minute. It turned out delicious! Let me know if you guys try it :D

Okay, so I started my diet yesterday. Apparently I can't control the munchies too well at night so I went over pretty bad on my daily cal intake lol. SO, as of NOW. and i really mean NOW. No more screwing around haha :) COME AT ME BRO :bigsmile:
