Newbie here but old hand at trying to lose weight
Had something clever to say, but maybe I have fat on my brain cause I can't remember it. Trying to get healthy again after losing 110 lbs thanks to Medifast...unfortunately, just like other times, the weight has crept back on...which is so frustrating, so depressing!
