Who gets anxious about the weekly weigh-in?
Tomorrow morning is my time to get on the scale. I have been good and followed the plan but I am experiencing some anxiety over what the scale will tell me. Am I alone here? I know that it is a process that takes some time. I sure would like to get some good news.

Starting my post WW diet and looking to connect with others
Hi I am 56 yo 5' 10" 187 lbs and active. Started weight-watchers about 20 months ago and lost over 30 lbs.
