I am a nurse in an Emergency Room on the night shift and have been in this position for 8 months or so now. At first, I had no trouble adjusting my schedule and getting good quality rest. 35 lbs down facial comparison

Any suggestions and where to get them would be greatly appreciated! :)

What is/was your first mini goal??
Hey everyone! I'm curious as to what is or was everyone's first "mini-goal" whether that be weight or NSV. I have set mine at getting back in the 200s which would mean a loss of 13 pounds. Not much but every step counts!
