Hello everyone! I am not new to MFP, but I am starting over. Again. For the last time! I tend to fizzle out after a week or two. I usually lack motivation to work out, but I joined a gym I like and bought new workout clothes
Today, for the first time, I saw 160 on the scale :sad: I am 32, and have been on MFP on and off for awhile, but I was never on a serious diet.
