Daily vs. Weekly Weigh Ins
So disappointed that I gained .8 pounds from yesterday to this morning, even though I had a great day yesterday! I know I shouldn't be discouraged, but it's still hard! Do you weigh yourself weekly or daily? What keeps you most motivated? What have your experiences been with fluctuations?

strategy for weekends!
What's your strategy for the weekends/parties/going out? I have a very active social life which generally involves happy hours, parties (drinks, nachos, chicken wings, pizza!) and it has become my downfall! What do you do when there's no healthy options?

Time of Day
I know exactly what my weaknesses are, yet they are still so difficult to overcome! Typically, I pack a breakfast and lunch for work and go to the gym for 45-60 minutes over lunchtime. I eat very healthy (i.e. banana, yogurt, veggies, hummus, salad, fruit) at work, then when I get home I am ravenous! I know I'll eat more…
