HALF way there...
Started at 294 and goal of 220... stepped on the scale... 257.... 37 pounds since Aug 12th... 75 days straight logging... started walking 10 min a day... now do 3.15 miles 5-6 days a week in 50-54 min. Log all my food and eating better... Drink my WATER and feel so must better... Thanks, to my real pal, Glen and MFP...

Did my PR for 3.15 miles in 4:59 and bought a new pair of $25.00 slacks for $3.08...

My friend got me started today and I have high hopes and will give it my best... 65 is too young to be old... i have to get more active... We have a plan to start our bike rides next week on vacation... I will walk this week...
