Fluctuating from 1,200 to 900 calorie and back, okay or not?
I know a person needs to trick their body's metabolism by alternating their calorie intake. I've tried going from 1,200 to 1,500 or even 1,300 but once i start to get up to 1,200 i feel really full (loads of fiber, maybe?). Even when I exercise (half an hour 3 nights a week), I gain weight.
