Hello all I just wanted to share my NSV. I joined crossfit about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I remember when I first started I could not do the 400m wod (work out of the day) well yesterday I did it all the way through. Also I am able to the girly version but never the less pushup. Just wanted to share. Super excited.
