New - Breastfeeding Mom
Just wanted to say hi. I got this link from a breastfeeding website. I'm trying to lose some weight while breastfeeding. My daughter is 12 weeks old, so I don't want to lose too much too quickly to affect my milk supply, but would like to get rid of my gut.
