I am going down hill :( it is sooo hard coming home alone, and trying to do all of this on my own since my husband is deployed (1st deployment)... dieting and exercising. Do you go green straight across everyday? It seems like no matter how strict I am I always manage to go into the negative on sugar and protein... like I've eaten too much. How much is too much? Does anyone know why my "daily goal" keeps changing? One day it will say 1,200, then 1,220, then 1,348.... Is it because I am exercising? Am I missing something? And... Am I supposed to eat ALL the calories in my daily goal? The total before or after exercise? These statistics are confusing me... I am fine before I work…
