Because i am here in the tropic i have to work with the fruits i have. This week i will be adding some papaya to my shake. I really do not want to get tired of the banana shake. Any suggestions on spicing the shake for this week. What are you doing to spice your shake.?

What do you think about drinking a shake for breakfast and dinner? I had a shake which included 1 ripe banana 1 cup ice 1 cup soy milk 2 scoops shake mix 1 scoop protein powder all just 296 calories i love this its tasty and filling. What do you think?
