JM No More Trouble Zones is HARD!!!
I cant get through the whole thing (yet) so I've been splitting it in half. I do circuits 1-4 one day, and 5-7 the next day. Its still a push for me, even split up, and I'm pretty sore the next day. I hope to be able to do the whole thing in the future but right now I just can't. Is it less effective doing it this way?

Does anyone else get made fun of?
I bring my lunch to work daily. I find it easier to make healthy choices when I'm making it myself, rather than running out to fast food on my lunch hour. Is it ok....
to do 30 Day Shred twice a day? I have been doing it when I get up in the morning, before work, but was wondering if theres any downside to doing it in the evenng as well.

Going slightly over calories
When you are over calories for the day, by 15-20 or so calories, do you worry about it? Do you adjust for it the next day, or do you not really worry about? I figure since i was under on yesterday's calories it all evens out, but I hate seeing those red numbers at the end of the day.

Question about when to log exercise
I'm new to the site, but have been lurking for a while. :wink: If MFP factors in exercise when they give you your calorie goal, how do you know when to start logging exercise? My calorie goal is 1460. If I log exercise, would it be like double logging, since MFP already accounted for the amount of exercise I entered when I…
