What am I doing wrong?
I am just now, at the age of 32, learning how to eat. I have about 70 lbs to lose to be in the middle of a healthy range, but I have only lost 1 pound in the last 5 weeks, and I am getting discouraged. I am eating 1200-1350 calories a day.
