I am a 29 year old and I am looking to lose 90lbs in total. I have struggled most of my life with my weight. My latest patterns seem to be lose 20lbs, gain 20lbs. I am hoping with this tracking system and some motivation and support I can lose all my weight and learn to keep it off!
