Being healthy and trying to lose weight when there is a giant basket of fun size candy bars ten feet from your office door is hard. So far my will power is winning. Yesterday, the basket won.
I just found this group, but I've been using MFP off and on for almost 2 years. Live in Beaverdale; I could use some motivation to get moving in this frigid weather!
